The Martello Hotel Brand identity – Packaging design – Design for print – Copy writing
The Martello Hotel has been a fixture in Bray for more than 20 years. There is a real sense of community here; from the audience visiting and from the staff working at the hotel.
The new identity focusses on the welcoming tone of voice felt throughout hotel and restaurant. Everything from the wording on the menu, way-finding graphics and soft colour palette through to the way you are greeted by your server are done with a smile.
We had strategy sessions with the client where the keywords and aims of the business were re-established. We asked questions about how the brand needed to be used everyday and at what touchpoints the customer would encounter the branding.
